I did it. I ate the banana. And it's really not as bad as I remember it to be. I think tomorrow, though, I'm going to try it with cereal. Or in a crepe.
Anyway, today is also the start of the One Hundred Push-ups and the Two Hundred Squats challenge! Tomorrow I'll be starting the Two Hundred Sit-ups challenge. I'm only going to do these three challenges at a time; after I finish this, I'll do the One Fifty Dips while keeping up with the push-ups, squats, and sit-ups. Then after that... maybe I'll "man up" and do the Twenty-Five Pull-ups. Uh, no promises on that one, though.
